ALEX'S FAITH STORY
Alex grew up not knowing his father and living with his mother until he was eight, when his mom's boyfriend abused him, which thrust him into foster care. He spent the rest of his childhood in various group homes and foster homes, yet always feeling "someone" was out there who cared about him.
When he was sixteen he was invited to a vibrant church. There, the youth Sunday school teacher led him in accepting Christ as his personal Savior. In his early twenties, he joined a community of Christ followers his own age and started walking more consistently with the Lord. He loves serving others with his gift and talents, and continuing to grow closer to Jesus with his wife and kids.
