ALEX’S FAITH STORY
Alex grew up not knowing his father and living with his mother until he was eight, when his mom's boyfriend abused him, which led him into foster care. He spent the rest of his childhood in various group homes and foster homes, yet he always felt "someone" was out there who cared about him.
At sixteen, he was invited to a vibrant church. There, the youth Sunday school teacher led him to accept Christ as his personal Savior. In his early twenties, he joined a community of Christ followers his own age and began walking more consistently with the Lord. He loves serving others with his gifts and talents and is thankful to Jesus for the family he has with his wife and four children.
